@pspman2007 Ya. I read and heard that over and over again but I got obsessive. I really cut down my workouts after that I saw some amazing results, especially on my bench.

Keep up the hard work...You are doing great..Don't get caught up in how much you can do. Lift heavy but keep good form. Your maxs will go way up eventually. great video, good to see the dedication and determination. Congrats...

Btw: that squat you did was horribly done in many ways. f. example you should take off some weights, and go further down. Try look up some videos on how to do it properly.
