  • @pspman2007 Ya. I read and heard that over and over again but I got obsessive. I really cut down my workouts after that I saw some amazing results, especially on my bench.

    Btw: that squat you did was horribly done in many ways. f. example you should take off some weights, and go further down. Try look up some videos on how to do it properly.

  • @FinnX1 Thanks for the tip.Those squats were horrible! I've been putting a lot of work into both my squat and deadlift and it feels much better + I'm actually getting sore too.

  • Wow good job bro. This is prob the best workout transformation on youtube imo keep it up and don't stop until you've reached your goals. I'm in the middle of my own transformation actually and i hope i eventually gain as much as you have. This has really been a big motivation thx a lot.
