OtterBox cases are stronger because they have 3 layers of protection, a hard plastic screen guard for the screen and the Apple logo, and silicone plugs to protect. If you throw an OtterBox Defender to a wall, it is very mighty. They have retension clips that airtighten when the polycarbonate snaps to protect your iPhone from walls.

I received it today. It is a good protection and back issue is a minor problem. My problem is: now I have a BIGiPhone, it's so huge! Phone can be dropped and nothing happens, but I can't use dock (with Crystal air jacket I can) and it is big.

Hi Larry, Its great to see that Tech 21 have admitted that the old design was faulty due to internet pressure such as your videos!!!. Now, can we all get a refund on the old faulty one and get a replacement new one free of charge? As an individual i doubt i would get anywhere with this but lets face it they have made profit from faulty products! Fancy using your powers to contact Tech 21 to get us poor suckers reimbursed! :-(

Hi Larry,Great Review youve done there,and it's nice to see that Tech21 have listened to the many complaint's about the first version,That's what i call good customer service,cos when all said and done if the customer's are not happy,they don't sell,cos i remember the first Tech21 you got,and how unhappy you were about it,Anyway now they have revised it it's going to be considered for a purchase,Thank's for the video :-)
