Schapelle testified that she opened her bag of her own accord. This interaction was recorded by a CCTV. Her defence requested the footage, but were denied it. (in breach of Indonesian law) If Winata's version of events were true, this footage would have helped the prosecution. So why did the defence request it, & why was it denied?

The Bali police refused to collect any such evidence,(baggage weight, fingerprints & DNA)...

The only evidence that was presented, was the bag of drugs, and nothing else to connect it to Corby, other than the testimony of their key witness, the customs officer. He said she was acting suspicious, and tried to stop him opening her BB bag, in contradiction to her testimony that she opened it herself. One person's word against another's.
@PhopSycH ..The entire case was NOT aired on Australian TV, only a couple of highlights. I've seen an interview given by one of her aquaintances who said that Corby and her family are druggies, and another interview given by Kim Moore, a reliable police informant, who claims that Corby and 4 other men were involved in a drug ring, smuggling drugs form Brisbane to Indonesia just weeks before Corby's arrest. This raises questions about Corby's credibility. Ms Moore was NOT paid for the interview.
@ThomasAUSTRALIA1 Who's the acquaintance? Would that be Jody Power? She was taken to court over that, and a judge found her story to be groundless, based on all the inconsistencies. Mercedes successfully sued Power, and Channel 7 for broadcasting that bullshit.
As for the Kim Moore interview, it was also reported that the QLD police found no evidence to link Schapelle's father to the drug trade, or to the seizure of drugs at Tony Lewis's property, & the claims were unjustified.

We never saw, or heard anything about, any hard evidence such as fingerprints or DNA evidence that link Corby to the drugs. Hard evidence such as this was actually required for a conviction, under Indonesian laws. At the time many Australians questioned the fairness of the trial. So did much of the world who followed it. Like it or not, the fact is, Schapelle didn't get a fair trial.

I have exposed and identified a very stubborn individual called TheCrazyBugga. I began my youtube interactions with him 2 or 3 weeks ago, and discredited his comments very early on. I initially contacted him in an aggressive format,(under my original name gvnhghs09) to counteract some snide comments he had been making. This was the bait to draw him out, so I could begin my procedure on him.
I have used this procedure on several others, and have invalidated their comments, and discredited their usernames.
After doing this to TheCrazyBugga, (sent google and youtube search instructions straight to him, on the comments page) he responded with comments, that confirmed that he had not, and was not, even interested in looking at the facts. I highlighted this, in general comments I made soon after.
TheCrazyBugga probably saw this, as I was sure he would, and realised just how badly he had discredited himself. So, he then withdrew several of the comments he had made. After doing this, he probably then realised that my comments,in amongst several removed ones of his, (with his name still tagged to them), only served to make him look even WORSE......
And I highlighted this..... And so now, his strategy is to fill the comment posts with meaningless drivel, (which he is obviously copying and pasting from other literature sources), in the hope that this will hide the whole interaction between him and me.....
Since I have saved copies of these pages, taken daily, I have recently pasted his removed comments back in....
Protecting his ego is more important to him, than accepting the facts, that- a)an innocent person is dying in a third world prison.... while her country turns it's back on her... and that-
b)he... got it wrong.
He may even believe that his actions will prevent this truth from ever becoming public. This would of course, serve to prove that TheCrazyBugga, shares similar attributes, to those who originally perpetrated this injustice.....
Another point to be made is gvnhghs09's attempt to try to save this trollop is that he/she is making it actually worse for her, with the way that he/she downgrade's or belittle's the indonesian authorities, and others in general. You dont think anyone in indonesia reads youtube? With every jibe, or offensive attack you direct to them, it lessens the chances of her getting out early through clemency, so go ahead keep up the good work gvnhghs09 you are doing a great job at keeping her there.

Schapelle testified that she opened her bag of her own accord. This interaction was recorded by a CCTV. Her defence requested the footage, but were denied it. (in breach of Indonesian law) If Winata's version of events were true, this footage would have helped the prosecution. So why did the defence request it, & why was it denied?

@ilkinond 3. Under the Indonesian Code of Criminal procedure Article 66 "The suspect or defendant shall not be burdened with the duty of providing evidence."
It wasn't Corby who had the case to answer. That's another falsehood. The burden of proof was on the prosecution, and they failed to provide any hard evidence, linking Corby to the drugs found in her bag, or to substantiate the trafficking charge. The Bali police refused to collect any such evidence,(baggage weight, fingerprints & DNA)...

It should be remembered that prisons are not intended to be the most comfortable forms of accommodation, and I'm sure that when Corby is released the likelihood of her reoffending will be minimal - thanks largely to the measured discomforts of Kerobokan (a rehabilitation that will not have cost the Australian taxpayer a single cent I might add). The only evidence that was presented, was the bag of drugs, and nothing else to connect it to Corby, other than the testimony of their key witness, the customs officer. He said she was acting suspicious, and tried to stop him opening her BB bag, in contradiction to her testimony that she opened it herself. One person's word against another's.

I've seen an interview given by one of her aquaintances who said that Corby and her family are druggies, and another interview given by Kim Moore, a reliable police informant, who claims that Corby and 4 other men were involved in a drug ring, smuggling drugs form Brisbane to Indonesia just weeks before Corby's arrest. This raises questions about Corby's credibility. Ms Moore was NOT paid for the interview.

We never saw, or heard anything about, any hard evidence such as fingerprints or DNA evidence that link Corby to the drugs. Hard evidence such as this was actually required for a conviction, under Indonesian laws. At the time many Australians questioned the fairness of the trial. So did much of the world who followed it. Like it or not, the fact is, Schapelle didn't get a fair trial.

This was the bait to draw him out, so I could begin my procedure on him.
