Let's say you're 61 year old uncle has a disease that's cureable if they get it on the right time. Since he's over 60 years old, the government healthcare (which is what Obama wants) deems him as "unimportant". So he has to wait 3 months to get a full diagnosis, because he is older and the healthcare system is low quality. By the time the diagnosis comes in, it is too late to treat the disease. Happened to my great aunt in Scotland.... and Scotland has what Cuba has.
