@RainDeadX No, i beat this game, except there is some secret way to kill civilians. you can still explore the world. but its kinda pointless especially if you are done the story and side-quests, HOWEVER the only way you could kill people after you beat the game is to fight against bots in the multiplayer. otherwise, nope.

red dead redemption is the sequel to red dead revolver.

red dead is made by Rockstar and Gun Showdown by Activision.

So they dont have anything to do with eachother.

But they do look the same sometimes.

Actually, Red DeadRedemption is kind of a sequel to Red Dead Revolver, which came out before the console version of GUN did.

Well i ment, so much people complain about the controls and i have no problem with them i thought the reason for that is that i dont have a ps2 :)

Oh I see, yeah probably that's why. But it feels more natural. You must've tried using a gaming console controller before and you can simply look out how easy it is to control using that so people find it easier. But on the PSP version, when your driving a horse and also trying to shoot and stuff, it feels a bit awkward but otherwise works well.

Control with the anologue stick and change the camera around with the face buttons (the x button, square button etc). It works surprisingly well if you leave the camera sensitivity at the highest level so it moves smoothly.

Yeah, it's got the same story and everything and locations and also extra missions and a multiplayer mode BUT the graphics are a little decreased in quality, you can't kill civilians, there are less people or animals walking around which makes the world feel a bit dead and also the viewpoint is over the shoulder because of the PSP's lack of a second analog stick. It's still a great game. :)

It certainly is longer than the PS2 version. It will take about 15 hours if you collect everything, do all the missions, side quests and explore all the areas but th environments although look stunning, feels dead cause you don't see much life around.

True but the PS2 version is much more textured and there is a difference in the game's HUD. Nevertheless by PSP standards, this game looks amazing. I love this game quite a lot.

@benton202 actually it is. whilst you are ALWAYS in a mission, you can go anywhere else when you're not required to chase or defend someone, so you'll have to talk to people to actually progress, on your way to them you can explore around all the map and play the side missions, hunt etc...so it IS free roam

@benton202 I know I'm two years late but the game actually is free roam. It has missions but between them you can do whatever you want. Plus when you complete the game you can carry on exploring, hunting or do side quests.

But if you have a console like ps2, gamecube or xbox 360, I would recommend getting the game on one of those. It is better as the world feels more alive. I actually prefer it to Red Dead Redemption.
