He wasn't mine, I was just coboarding him. But I did love him. I think he is better now. We don't hear often from the owner but I think the last time we heard was last month and then he just had to have one more test and would be clear to go out in the pasture again. :)
Thanks. Yeah I think he should be okay but it's going to take a while for the abscess to completely heal up. Yeah he's a sweety and I'm so glad I had the opportunity to ride him and learn from him but I don't know if I would of wanted to keep riding him because the pacing was kind of annoying and it was hard to even get him to canter for long.
Yeah but we were only riding him twice a week and his owner wasn't riding him that much so he wouldn't of gotten the work that he needed. Okay send me a message if we're not chatting!

ahhhh my barn has a couple racers gone jumpers and they all turned out fine. It takes a while but with lots of work they get over the pacing!
