@alph8732 why does it all have to be about white and black. i mean alot of white ppl do wrong but alot of blacks and others have done aweful stuff to their kids to. so its not just about white. evil comes in all shades and size. ive seen it with my own eyes.

But SOMETHING that everyone should have to be tested for to find out if they will be good parents or not. I wouldn't mind taking it.
