My god! Aladdin dies, Jasmine marries Jafar...It's horrible and sad because I think Jasmine would kill herself after the wedding or when she learns that Aladdin has been found under the water and that he has been killed. Or she can try to find the murderer and once it's made, she kills Jafar and herself later.

I think all the comments about ratings or that it would be for an older audience are all kind of wrong. Think about it this way. It's just a dark kind of twist to a family movie.

Other movies at the time went MUCH darker and still would have been approved.

@petrielover01 I think this might be a deleted reprise of Arabian Nights. They did remake Aladdin (the whole movie) about two or three times. This might've come from the first or second version of the movie.

It's hard to say, any ending could be an ending, but for Aladdin to die just like that with no hope, probably not. I think that might be too scary for younger children.

I am in college but when I was like 8 years old and I was watching Aladdin, I couldn't imagine a hero dying. Aladdin is old-skool now but basically, fantasies should always end in a "Happily ever after", otherwise I would be thinking about that scene for the rest of my dreams.

Oh? Right. I kind of recall, sort of. It's been a while, trust me. Pocahontas did survive, but yet she was doomed anyways so that's why she died. Well, other than Pocahontas, I can't say that any hero would even die of a terrible cause.

Technically, I am sort of wrong because I kind of recalled in my English Comp I class though that the big bad wolf won in a rendition of the Three Little Pigs. Perhaps a moral could be drawn up, and from there, a lesson can be learned.
