The rest of the nutrients are absorbed into circulation through the villi. They go through a system of capillaries/ venules/ veins described as "hepatic portal circulation." These nutrient carrying veins from the small intestine eventually end up consolidating into 1 large vein called the hepatic portal vein. i think the video is misleading by saying "digested proteins, carbohydrates AND fats goes into the bloodstream" because they do not all go into the bloodstream. "fats" would go into lacteal...
