A. the definition of fascism is bullshit. it is a particular form of authoritarian rule which arose under Mussolini. If you distort the meaning of the word to include Nazi Germany fair enough. B. 5 million people die from smoking every year, so smoking has either already killed, or will soon have killed more people. C. The important bit. What the 'freedom to smoke' people dont get is that smoking is NOT a free choice. Addiction causes the brain to NEED the substance.

Excellent video. Colorado--my home state--just passed a statewide smoking ban last year. Liberty is going down the toilet, fascism is on the rise...and for those of you more interested in economics, fascism is bad for business, too.
