However like all things in life or as an old saying goes "you can please some of the people some of the time but you can't please all the people all the time" which means not everything in this bill is going to go in your favor, it's a matter of what you as a person will let go or say it's do able. I have read most of the bill on my free time & don't like everything either but support it.
I think that it is not quite on the level of just "not quite liking all of it, but alot of it was ok.." simply because the "not quite liking" parts were things that eat your liberty, permanently....and lead to things that eat liberty even more so.
