I made this for supper tonight for my sister and i and it was so delicious:))) the dipping sauce is to die for! I will be using that dipping sauce for alot of stuff... Greek yogurt is a great sub for sour cream!

Love it! Although I probably wouldn't use a kettle to flatten the quesadilla because ours doesn't look as clean at the bottom at yours. lol
