i am a packers fan, and i think he will be a good quarterback in buffalo. If Brian Brohm can continue his strong stretch of play through the preseason, he could definitely be the starter for them this season

Brohm dosen't have as big an arm but I trust him over rodgers because Brohm has great accuracy and leadership which is what matters in the NFL and with recievers like those he could thrive.

Bottom Line Rogers played one good game against Dallas' backup talent and performed well, but before that game his number from all his other snaps were sub par at best. Aaron Rodgers is perfect for the starting position. If you didn't know, Mike McCarthy likes to run a certain kind of offense known as the west coast offense. This video doesn't do much to impress, mostly wide open receivers and lots of YAC. Rodgers was a beast in college and will get the start he deserves. As a Packer fan, I like that we now have some depth at QB.
This is also a stupid comment. Because a receivcer gets 'YAC' is usually a product of where he can get to ball to the reciever and by finding the open man. Something that is essential for a west coast offense. Maybe you didn't watch last season but that's o.k. as a Packers fan. But the Packers wide receivers led the league in YAC.
Rodgers was only a beast in his last two years and YAC was a big part of his success as well. Think a little next time.

Brian Brohm in my opinion should be the first Qb taken, people are downing on him for a 6-6 record in his senior season, there was only ONE loss this season where his D didn't give up more than 38 points. That's just sad.

Brohm dosen't have as big an arm but I trust him over rodgers because Brohm has great accuracy and leadership which is what matters in the NFL and with recievers like those he could thrive.

brohm is a dick, rodgers has been to the OTAs and practice since he signed up with the packers, hes always there for his team, he helps them out when he cant, a hell of a lot more than favre has, and rodgers can throw just as accurate, but further than brohm, and hes not restricted to the pocket, fuck brohm, he will be backup at best as long as hes with green bay... and rodgers has phenominal leadership

Favre did. That is now what I expect out of my quarterbacks. Just get high on goofballz. Bottom Line Rogers played one good game against Dallas' backup talent and performed well, but before that game his number from all his other snaps were sub par at best. The guy works hard and played great in college but let's not give him the praise as the second coming of 'christ' a.k.a. Brett Favre before he has even had a start.

Aaron Rodgers is perfect for the starting position. If you didn't know, Mike McCarthy likes to run a certain kind of offense known as the west coast offense. Thats what Rodgers did at Cal and was good at it, and he did that in the Dallas game this past year. If you think he's not a good fit, then you have probably never taken the time to see him play. And as for him holding the ball to long, thats ignorant,he has good drop backs and makes short accurate passes. Plus he's got toughness and speed!

That is horribly wrong. I am as big of a Packer fan as anybody. Aaron Rodgers being tough? seriously? This guy has been injured every year he has been in the league and his injuries usually come in practice. Broken toe and torn hamstring were both practice injuries. Saying Rodgers is the perfect fit for Mike McCarthy is a total misconception and if you really took the time to look at it you would understand.
McCarthy was the QB coach for the 49ers when he decided to take Alex Smith over him.

Yes, and how did Alex Smith turn out? Do you know what kind of offense McCarthy ran in San Francisco? The West Coast. Which is what Rodgers is good at, as any analyst will tell you. He's been hurt every year? Really? All two of them? How is an injury sustained in practice any less "tough" than one sustained in a game?

I am not saying Rodgers is terrible I am saying he is soft. Analysts are retards how many of them predicted the bears and the Saints in last years superbowl from the NFC. This is all just opinion some are just formed from their own observations other from 'analysts.' Let's remember Michael Irvin is an analyst too. All two years? Try three but good work. He is not the answer and neither is Brohm. It will be three or Four years before the Packers find a replcement for a HOF'er like Favre.

Again, I don't understand what makes Rodgers soft. Because he was injured? Does that make Steve McNair soft? And Rodgers's injuries are not all sustained in practice. He broke his foot in the Pats game a couple years ago. And one last thing on your previous comment. The fact that McCarthy picked Smith over Aaron means nothing. First of all, when does the QB coach make draft choices? Second, no one said Rodgers was a better prospect than Smith, but GB picked him because he fit.

This video doesn't do much to impress, mostly wide open receivers and lots of YAC. Rodgers was a beast in college and will get the start he deserves. As a Packer fan, I like that we now have some depth at QB.

This is also a stupid comment. Because a receivcer gets 'YAC' is usually a product of where he can get to ball to the reciever and by finding the open man. Something that is essential for a west coast offense. Maybe you didn't watch last season but that's o.k. as a Packers fan. But the Packers wide receivers led the league in YAC.
Rodgers was only a beast in his last two years and YAC was a big part of his success as well. Think a little next time.

Exactly and with Rodgers running the west coast it'll will work out both ways dude. Rodgers knows how to handle the west coast and so do the recievers now with one yr of it under their belts...and if McCarthy calls alot of slants ans similar plays just like last yr it will give the recievers running space just like last year. It all matters on the play calling. If its similar to last year..i think Rodgers will be just fine.

I am a HUGGGE Card fan,,Brohm is the Best QB in the draft everybody like Kipers dumb no nothing about Ryan they just judge him because his senior year he pulled a bunch of shit out his asss that looked good... but statistically and career achievements Brohm wins by a huge landslide....
