never heard of the paint thing? How did it work? Cleaning the tools? Question too -why not take the acoustic ceiling off?Other than that you seem to be doing a great job. Learning is experience.

@deluxe77777 Tools cleaned fine. I kinda make stuff up. Short cut to faux painting. I like ot do things differant. Hard to redo the ceiling. I shoulda done that first if I was gonna do it. I havent textured much. Thats hard to shoot it up there.

What is the purpose for textring walls anyway? Just wandering. Depth perception?

Adds interest. I haven't seen an untextured wall in many years. Since coming to Texas anyway. It also helps cover up defects in the wall. Thanks for asking!
