  • Alot of this information is just plain crap. When the legs go past the navel, they are no longer working the lower abs. He's working hip flexors especially at the point when his feet are going so close to the floor, he's not doing anything for his abs.

    This guy's clearly been trained by other people to look how he looks, well done. But he doesn't actually know anything and these exercises are rubbish.

  • So doing a bunch of crunches will only give you six pack well that's all I really care about

  • i find that when doing lying leg lifts its also effective to do figure eights with your feet when there high up in the air

  • if you're tall, and you know how to diet and train also with good genetics, you have the potential to develop a longer ab cage which is essential to achieving that 8 pack look. but this also has to do with your genetics as to what your abs will look like. but anyone can achieve abs with proper diet and training

  • PS. That's still too much muscle. That makes you undateable. You are way into yourself and likely don't care about anyone else. HAVE FUN growing old when your muscles turn to "weight". You are cute now.

  • 8.00 intercostals?? thought that's your serratus anterior? please tell me if i'm wrong.

  • @nospeacial Serratus anterior is slightly higher, intercostals run in between your ribs below it, the serratus anterior has a number of functions mainly involving the scapula (shoulder blade) See where Rob has his hand out at 8:03 to the left of his nipple is his serratus anterior and you can see where it seperates into the intercostals and the lats.

  • Fantastic physique. I personally don't desire to be any bigger than Rob, I think, in my opinion that he has achieved a fine balance between size and definition, creating a strong, fit looking athletic physique. I know that plenty of guys look up to the body-building monsters but I find it over-the-top (again not knocking those that like that) and so thumbs up to you Rob. You're a huge inspiration to so many of us and thank you for sharing your tips and insights!

  • @LADYGAGAISGODx I would recommend lowering your bodyfat and do exercises focusing on the obliques to build them up. The main thing is bodyfat, everyone has abs and obliques but the only differece between people who are ripped and those who aren't is the bodyfat. Fat prevents muscles from being seen as it covers them. Hope this helps :)
