Well try to make a production of this quality with (what I'm guessing is) pretty much zero budget, volunteer talent with job schedules to work around, and what appears to be more or less no equipment but a camera, then edit it and do all the ADR and tell me how many minutes you can come up with on a weekly basis. Perhaps you'll do better because you're old.
