But Anderson needs to realize that this isn't a perfect world. The checkpoints main purpose is to prevent drug runners and illegal immigrants. 99% of Americans would stop for 2 minutes to prove they are citizens. Most wait in line much longer than that at their local Starbucks. He should have stopped and thanked them, not given them a hard time...

But I believe that politicians should be doing more for border control than they already are, as right now it seems like a low priority issue, even though they cry about drug running and all the other mishaps that happen on/near the border.
