Midwestern State university (MSU) carried out an experiment in 1994, MSU was previously a low ranked, but in 1994 MSU took in a few scholarship students from Grenada and they all granduated with honors, they extended the projects to other caribbean countries and they realized similar results. I'm white (was straight A student) and i once believed that blacks were indeed less intelligent, i have a degree in robotics at Kungliga Tekniska hogskolan in sweden. Most of those books that were written did their research on inner city areas in the US, and in poverty stricken Africa. No research was carried out in middle income areas in the US nor in middle income Caribbean countries. West Indians are known to be exceptionally intelligent.

However excellence awards are usually given at the graduation ceremony with all the parents and invitees etc. Well i wouldn't necessarily call our dean or the university racist- it's just that this thing don't usually happen.

If your gender or race on average scores lower on anything, it does not mean *you* do less well of them..it means the average of your gender or race is. Fine example of what happens when any scientist says something that brings negative attention to the science community. He stated nothing as fact and his comments were clearly him 'wondering out loud'. He was talking with a student and so he was relaxed and spoke of something that was on his mind.

I.Q tests are no longer considered the important anymore due to Blacks falling to border line retarded, and it would not be P.C to hold Blacks to those standards. Take a comparison to a Black persons skull to other races. You will notice that when you lay them on their face the White and the Asians skull lays flat, while the Black persons skull rolls over. Science is not racist or biased. Blacks have denser bones, thinner rib cages, longer limbs, higher testosterone levels than other races which makes them excel at sports over other races. Due to having more testosterone Blacks have higher libidos but are more prone to violence. But their mental development seems to slow down during infancy compared to other races that shoot forward.

Midwestern State university (MSU) carried out an experiment in 1994, MSU was previously a low ranked, but in 1994 MSU took in a few scholarship students from Grenada and they all granduated with honors, they extended the projects to other caribbean countries and they realized similar results. Now MSU has hundreds of west indian students who on a yearly basis take away almost all the honor awards, and MSU is now ranked academically as one of the top colleges in the US.

I'm white (was straight A student) and i once believed that blacks were indeed less intelligent, i have a degree in robotics at Kungliga Tekniska hogskolan in sweden. Most of those books that were written did their research on inner city areas in the US, and in poverty stricken Africa. No research was carried out in middle income areas in the US nor in middle income Caribbean countries. West Indians are known to be exceptionally intelligent.

Most African and West Indian students who come to the UK and europe dominate academic excellence awards- there was a few students from Barbados, Grenada etc in my university who took almost all the science awards. However excellence awards are usually given at the graduation ceremony with all the parents and invitees etc. Well i wouldn't necessarily call our dean or the university racist- it's just that this thing don't usually happen.

I said that excellence awards are usually given during graduation ceremonies, but the outstanding black students were awarded in a seperate ceremony. So since excellence awards are usually won by european students they probably did that to not chase prestigious people/students who usually attend the uni.

IMHO People get too emotional over "averages" pointed out in most videos/books/websites/whatever. If your gender or race on average scores lower on anything, it does not mean *you* do less well of them..it means the average of your gender or race is. I mean..I'm a guy and i KNOW that the average male has a harder time to express feelings, learn languages, read body language and what not. However, these do not say * I AM* worse at them. I would say intelligence is pretty much based on the ability to learn and reconise patterns, find solutions, the ability to understand relations between things, understand correlations and form new relationships between things/patterns
...and not that much on actual having alot of ' knowledge' .That could be called wisdom (facts), but that is not really what "intelligence"/IQ is about IMHO. Overal smarter people do education, but that is more of a result than a cause of intell.

People that work hard and study hard are usually dumber than people who don't and score the same. That is a fact my friend, Smart people don't need to study. SATs are the tests you take in your 11th-12th year of High School, Secondary school in Holland. Theses tests determine whether you go to the best college, or some mediocre colgate college. I scored 1431/1600 which isn't near perfect, but still pretty high. I had managed to get into the hardest Public University in America, UC Berkeley. This is an undisputed fact by many professorships and college counselors.

One here was measuring the capabilities more (and more aimed on something a bit more closer to what I would say is IQ) and the other was a bit more influenced by the achievement of that person at that time. That's the problem, it requires extrapolations based on19th century view of the genes. We now know that while that may be philosophically appealing. It doesn't work on the macro level, no matter what the mantra is. The world of biology is undergoing a revolution with even secular scientific who are calling for a reformulation or an extended synthesis because the paradigm that you speak of which is the axiom of natural selection is being abandon as we speak. All scientist accept and believe that the world is round even those crazy snake handlers who can clog dance like nobodies beeswax. Half of the anthropological community is split over this, and there is much controversy with biologist and geneticist. The genetic markers that signify differences in populations are minuscule compared to the similarities in our genome.

the "controversy" is entirely political. just mentioning the well documented and significant differences in I.Q., which is consistent around the world, all but eliminating any validity to the cultural explanation--raises eyebrows from the PC thought police. even hinting that the natural conclusion that there are innate differences gets you branded as a nazi.
btw, huamans and chimps are 99% genetically similar, and i don't think you'd argue that there aren't significant differences there.

You believe there are physiological differences. I contend any phenotype difference in humans to be superficial or philosophical. Education is more of a social economic factor than genetics. When speaking in evolutionary terms its the fittest and strongest that survive and procreate. Whites may just be in a little bit of a natural selective filtering process. Some geneticist say they can predict day when the last blond will be born. I can cite recent study that disputes your chimp hypothesis.

i don't "believe" there are physiological differeces; i know there are, just as any physician does. to claim otherwise is as damaging and dangerous as it is incredibly ignorant.

i have a hard tie believing you're really this dense, or that anybody possibly could be, but you don't need to "think i'm speaking of" anything, since i was obviously speaking of a specific comparison that had already been plainly established in the "discussion." your attempt at a facetious interpretation wouldn't even have made any sense had there been no context to y statement in any event. but i reaaaally look forward to this data that disproves reality....should be a real treat.
