(GINO) this an't gangster walkin, I hate it when yawll call it buckin. U know Y they call it jookin or buckin. cuz gangster walkin scared every body this memphis think if some white lady dropin there kid off to dance class to gangster walk lol.... never happen so buck or jook is not even real yawl learned a lot 4 nothin, I will remake this Tutorial and a lot others 4 free in a couple months.
jookin more advanced than c-walkin? :))) hahahahahhaha lmfao .... btw the crown walk and the crip walk aren't juss footwork ... i am an experienced c-walker and i can tell u that ... i learnd the basic moves of jookin in 30 minutes ... but the c-walk moves .... in like 1 week
well to each his own right? You might just be a talented dancer with excellent footwork. But this vid isn't really showing the basic moves of jookin. Just something to add to your style. I learned the basic moves of c-walking in a couple of minutes but with jookin the hard thing was coming up with my own style. It all comes down on the dancer and his/her strengths or weaknesses
i doubt even an experienced cwalker would be able to learn jookin in 30min. it comes frmo the same heel toe roots that came to the usa with the africans. check teh charleston and tap dancing. they all have heel toe movements.
Jookin ist krass geil entlich mal ein tut hätte destiny es nicht favorisiert dan hätt ichs nie gesehen das einzige was ich sonst von jooking sehe ist memphis jooking aber da gibts keine tuts
Good lookin out for being apart of the jookin movement but you can't just go and change the name. This originated in Memphis and the proper terminology is Memphis Jookin. No matter where you from but big ups anyway homie....
I honest appreciate the support of our style but, the terminology is wrong. Also you havent mastered the moves you are teaching so they are not as effective. Jookin is not about moves its a polyrhythmic dance about the bounce. I am Rico with Gforce and i teach jookin you are actually teaching copywritten movement. So to help the style at least respect the history of the move and it's name that was created for it .Much love and Respect
as you say: "not well explained", there you are right. here one finds to learn none danceschools around it. thank you for your answer. however, if I, nevertheless, moves would like to rename, where from should I know like they are called properly? impossibly to know this...
I'm from the M like you. Big ups to you and G-Force by the way, ya'll killin. Quick question, if our jookin is a Memphis movement, how do you have a copyright on it? No disrespect kinfolk, just tryin to figure it out.
no , i dont think u can copy write a single dance move or moves... maybe a gig but not movements of the body lol unless u make some kind of sign i guess hahah
@DoctrRico a copywritten movement? Do you even know what a copyright is and how you need to obtain one? Did you know that you cannot copyright dance moves?
"teaching copywritten movement" wow dude haha go to hell for killing creativity in dance.

the only similarity between the two is the v-step variation. Other than that is all bounce and glide(slide)

He might be able to. Bruce Lee did trademark Jeet Kune Do and some of it's movements somehow.
