Samsung MX20 Fisheye and Lens Tutorial/Help

Ok so if i have a mx20 with a 30-37mm step up ring already on so can i put another one on from 37-43mm so that way i can fit a 43mm baby death on?

@evanskates111222 yess but like ive said, OTHER people have said 30mm fits aswell. I bought a 30.5mm and the opteka threads were shit so i bought a seperate 30.5-37mm step up which worked perfect

So if I buy an SC-MX20, and the lens size is 30.5mm, I would have to buy a fish eye with a 30.5mm thread?

@CDSmendez no a step up ring would have to have a thread of 30.5 mm and then whatever the size of your fisheye thread on the other end

@CDSmendez yes but i have to say my opteka step up ring wasnt correct because it was cheaply made and the threads werent right. But 30.5 mm is what you want yes. Ive also heard that 30mm works though so whichever:)

@111drummer111 err im not to sure about those people but mine was a vpmx20 yes. To be on the safe side why not just get both? then if one doesnt work just sell the other. All i know is that my 30.5-37mm worked!

@sindios85 well i use vegas but i had to convert the files because the audio didnt work. Check my widescreen conversion tutorial and that should do it. You can get vegas for free you know, just youtube it :)

My threads were wierd. I couldnt fit my 30.5 ring on it and I had to use the 30 ring.

i got the opteka .43x and the 30.5 step up came w/it and it originally didnt fit, but i forced it on, and i broke the threads on my camera, i just need a link to a 30.5mm bayonet type of thing that i can superglue onto it so it will be better than it is now

@tedwardpowell if it has a 30.5mm adapter ring then yes but i would reccomend an opteka baby detah lens. More money but way better fisheye :)
