horrible company, my cargo was 4 months delayed and almost everything inside damaged and some lost items. no apology at all. they then said that it was Jun Kato who didn't sent the boxes and probably the one who stole the items!!!

i am sending my 6 boxes to my fiancee in the PH it pissed me off that many of my items has been lost and i contact the general manager i was being ignored and even when they admitted that there are thieves working in this company and some assholes has got my favorate drink Remy Martin...

@dinovero hay nako noh....dapat wag nyung e stop yung pag contact sa kanila..sabihin mong 3 yung box nyo na pinadala. gawin nyung legal..ganun din nang yari sa akin..kasi umuwi ako sa pinas noon..oo nga kamapante ako kasi christian name..dishonest pala..tapos yung tinawagan na nang agent namin, dun pa sila na takot..tinawagan ko yung nasa maynila din..RR cargo yun..hindi nama office yun, sa bahay lang..hay nako!!! mag FOREX nalang tayo!!

@28visage THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY. Can i get in touch with you through email? I used to live in UK but relocated now here in Australia. Jireh's box collector named Arnie from Reading took advantage of our situation he probably thought that if we had a problem with those boxes it would be difficult for us to complain, so instead of 3 boxes he wrote 2 boxes in our receipt, we insisted he change it to 3 but he said that's how the company operates, anyway I thought, a Christian name for a company

@28visage Ganyan din ang advice ng friend ko who works in legal department sa southern electric dyan sa uk. She advised me to write to the ombudsman about what happen and she asked me to send a copy of the complain to the WATCHDOG, so iyan ang ginagawa ko ngayon. She said in most cases the ombudsman takes the side of the consumer so this kind of things can be prevented in the future. This ads really makes me sick, he uses a biblical term for his own company's benefit.
