I will agree that it's an overrated game AND an overhated game at the same time since the main complaint from FF7 haters is that it's overrated... Really -.-''' but I still couldn't get into it because to me it moved at a snails pace and Sephiroth was a seriously missed opertunity. Giving us what could've been a badass villan but giving him too little screen time and back story but he's still LOVED by everyone... Really? But I will not deny the games quality and segnificans.

Ah yes! I fell in love with that fucker from the first time I saw him though it didn't take me too long to despise him as well. I mean not only does he poison the friggin water of Figarol castle but he even kills Cyans family! Poor bastard. It didn't help that he became a GOD (sorta) later in the game while also destroying EVERYTHING! Though I don't know if everything gets fixed later since I haven't finished the game yet and I don't know if my ps1 disk will last any longer

its crazy how they did this in a jazz style. theres a lot of this jazz fusion type stuff in the soundtrack. the japanese seem to love this style.

they mix it in with classical music and stuff, and even some metal guitar at parts. pretty unique soundtrack.
