I bought it off of ebay. Then I built the box for it and ran the cord thru the wall to an outlet on the other side.

I'm in the process of building this very circuit... A simple build, using some capacitors, some resistors, 2 LM555 ICs, and 3 transistors. Im subbing a pot in for one of them, as to adjust the sound/speed....

I'll post a response as soon as I nail the circuit and have it working "properly".
