I was a tom boy and I always liked to protect my friends when I was in grade school. My fav aunt at that time in my life was my Aunt TC, a "butch". Rough and tough is how she helped raise me when she was around. Then how having a lesbian as one of my fav people in my life did I start being a bully towards anyone gay?
I don't know...But I know all too well, first hand how calling someone a F***t or calling them gay may cause great destruction to another. I know I've apologized to you before but here I am after watching this video and it just hit me again really hard. Think with a loving heart before you speak. It's hard for me to do some days.
It irritates me so much when people talk like that. I used to go into a chat room when I was 17 and 18 and people would say fag all the time and I would pounce on them for it because it really offended me. They eventually started acting like I was a bitch that sucked the fun out of the conversation so I tried to shut up about it. There are other words to say they don't need to say those words.

It drives me a bit bonkers when I hear kids and young adults say "that's gay" or "it was gay"
GAY in my day meant happy ... now it means happy and also refers to sexual orientation. Thank you ANT for sharing
