Suicide bombers would occur even without religion. The largest suicide bombing organization is within the Tamil Tigers and they are Atheist Marxists. I say this as an atheist, I just can't stand this stupid shit.

CONT.I think you'll find that Pape is right, but you aren't.
The Tamil Tigers were defeated, and as it turns out now in hindsight you can easily find out what their political ideology was.
They certainly weren't atheists.. (Pape never said they were either) nor were they Marxists (again Robert Pape didn't say that either)...
But common sense and basic arithmetic would tell you that a country with only 3 million people doesn't have enough Atheists who are also Marxists to bomb jack shit!

@FreedomThinker11 What irritates me the most about people like Billy Connolly is that he is silent when it comes to Jewish or Atheist terrorism. It seems like Islam has become the target more for political reasons then anything else. Do you think he would ever talk about the King David Hotel bombing done by Irgun? I doubt it. Also, it is interesting how many people idolize the Kamikaze pilots yet we demonize the Islamic suicide bombers.
