@killerjake9000 not really. reverse thrust is not required in every single landing, provided that your final approach speed is slow enough to be stopped by pure braking, as engine thrust is minimally used as it causes much engine wear. and besides, the a380 has plenty of wheels which gives it enough braking power without having to use reversers provided the approach speed was slow enough
