WHat do you mean nobody knows where ceviche originated, EVERYONE knows that it originated from Peru. and as far as that ceviche it looks good minus the jalapenos , we use rocoto instead. but there are MANY infinite amounts of ceviche!.
Thats the Peruvian style yummy.. That's the best one ... Minus the jalapenho pepper :) we use rocoto instead... A peruvian red pepper .. Well I'm glad we have the original and most delicious ceviche ... With out mango or tomato like in other countries haha believe me with out that stuff it tastes better :)
