Well I've got the iPad 2 so I doubt I'll get the 3. Just having Siri obviously wouldn't be worth the upgrade, but if they also added in better cameras and a slightly better display I would seriously consider getting it.

@RyanKnowsTech I am definitely expecting Siri to come soon, as well as the Gorilla Glass 2 and possibly the Hi-Res Display. The NFC would be cool, but I could see it as more useful on an iPhone than the iPad. I mean, some people don't carry their iPads everywhere with them!
