i got a 95 base, 3.4L. Unfortunately all the interior lights are pretty much burnt out so i still need to find new ones. Do the AC, fan and Temp controls light up by chance? It's hard to tell if mine are just painted on or it has lights behind it... just curious before i rip apart my dash to get to them aha.
@firehawk97 i believe those lights do work as well, might want to check your fuses first because if all the lights done work at the same time it might be a fuse
i checked the fuse box in the engine bay as well as the one on the driver side of the dash. all good, and all in the correct slots (i used a haynes manual and looked at the wire diagrams to verify)
i checked with a multimeter and some wires get current while others don't, even ones from the same circuit and fuse relay. Must be a splice in a wire internally somewhere, it's been quite the challenge! aha
Nice Z man. Mine is the same year. TTops, immaculate inside and out but the AC isnt working :( which sucks because its hot as hell out right now. Oh well i'll just take the tops off and let the wind cool me off :) I also noticed that these cars never get hot
@speacialperson12345 i hear ya, its so hard finding a clean 6 speed, but if given the opportunity i would get one, auto or manual, these cars are sick
@1low63 i agree with u all the way bc i know someone who got a 97 Z28 6spd and it, to me sounds like maybe a throwout bearing is needed, and im thinking hmmm, when was the clutched changed last? or maybe never?? it has like 97,000 miles nd i would say around that mileage it would need a clutch if it hasnt been changed yet
Beautiful car, man. It's a shame at how poorly people treat the interior of their Camaros. When I test drove used Camaros a few months back, they were all in awful condition. I can safely say you have one of the cleanest Camaros I've ever seen. (I ended up getting gifted a Honda Accord. Awful, right? Never sell that thing.)
@jerste3360 Mine has a power driver seat too. He doesnt have ASR on his though. Mine does but the switch isnt working, which is great because when its set to on it wont let you spin your wheels. The switch would be below the lighter.
me too. I sold mine for my truck, and now im hopefully trading it for a 95 Z28 on saturday. I hope i get a Z back. DO NOT SELL IT! haha also you gotta push your mileage thing every time you gas up haha the upper 700's lol. but very nice
