  • I'm sure you guys have it by now, but for anyone else check out Trickstutorials :)

    Jujimufu is an amazing and hilarious instructor, and he has a ridiculously well planned and informative guide to the different types of stretching. (Dynamic, static-active, static-passive and ballistic (BAD)).

    It's all for free of course :P

  • Hi guys! I have a very important tip for streaching!

    As you stay low, with one knee bent and the other one out straight, what many people do is that they bounce. DO NOT DO THAT, it can seriously hurt the joints and tendors in you knee. So instead, just keep it there, try to touch you toe on and just let it streach in stillfulness. :)

  • Thanks for all your comments guys! I'm so happy to hear that we have inspired people to join us in our challenge :) so I will be posting up all the tips i pick up on here to help you all out!

    The main thing I've learnt is you don't want to be pushing yourself to extreme pain you just want to be uncomfortable whilst doing the splits if you feel like you want to say OUCH! out loud you need to ease off a little!

  • There is a simple trick to the splits. My favourite is doing height drops into them. That should get them ligaments good n' flexible. 2-3 stories should do it.

  • I'm gonna do this challenge myself. Never really trained for splits so why not.

  • I'm kind of amazed! I thought you were already capable of doing the splits due to your sick tricking mat uk! however this encourages me so much since I'm training my ass off to get some of them and I'm kind of in the same stretching level you are,

    btw if you get some method from those killer bruce sistaz, let us know!

  • @alacranmontoya yeah man join in with us post up a video of where you are at now and you will be able to check you progression, we're going to be posting up followup vids to show our progression! it shouldn't be too long until we get the splits tho :) any tips we pick up on the way we will pass on to you all :)

  • Your both pretty close! I'm guessing it will take a month or so depending on how often you stretch.
