in the cut version, Bugs actually peeled back the bread to show the audience that he had his legs tucked up out of the way. They didn't do that in this version.
At the time, Lifebuoy Soap promised, in their magazine, newspaper, and radio ads, theirs would protect you against "B.O." {Body Odor}. To punctuate this on radio, they used a simulated foghorn {"B-e-e-e-e-e O-h-h-h-h-h-h..."}.
Yes, the "Breen Office" (the Hollywood censorship board) also objected to the extended length of the dog sniffing at Bugs, and ordered it shortened {hence, the jump in the final soundtrack from :49 to 1:00}.
6:49-6:53 Unlike the version shown to audiences, this version doesn't have the little scene showing Bugs Bunny with his legs curled up. This and 7:41 are probably the reason why they never bothered showed this version to audiences.
when it comes to Hare Ribbin' I just watch this version instead of the theatrical release. It's just way better. Ending is unexpected, and for the reason i mentioned earlier
Holy crap 7:40, I was'nt expecting that at all.

@GhettoKarter1992 Well, it is old film from 1944. It must have broken at the beginning, and they had a time trying to fix it, I think.

also notice that the dog's interaction with bugs @0:50 is longer (in the regular release print there is a jump in the soundtrack)
