Ik kan je melden dat de kans klein is dat er a: een helikopter vrij is, b: kon vliegen met de bewolking, c: binnen 3 minuten ter plaatse kon zijn. @djeo890 I work parttime as a driver for medical emergency transports, nr. one rule when driving code3 is never to overtake traffic on the shoulder except when there's a traffic jam, and even then only with a 30km/h difference to other traffic. This video is from a couple years ago as I remember correctly and I'm not sure the, now valid, speedrestriction for driving code3 was in force back then. A cop always wants to get the badguy but sometimes he got to back off if chasing it endangers others
