star colour, flame colour, vocal fireball, gem colour and AT&T Ballpark?

No, its fine.

Star Colour - Changes the color of star power (the star power notes, when it activates, when you whammy, etc)

Flame Colour - Same thing as above but just the flames that come up when you hit the note.

Vocal Fireball - not much... but it looks a little cooler.

Gem Colour - Same as Star colour and flame colour, but with the notes

AT&T Ballpark - Im pretty sure this is another place where u can go for a concert, not sure tho.

No, I think that there may be like 1 different cheat for each console, and it happens to be the line 6. There is probably a cheat for Wii that is for nothing else, like large gems in Guitar Hero 3. I don't have a Wii so i can't find if for you, sorry.
