My Samsung SP2014N (200GB, March 2005) went from working to dead in 5 minutes today. Luckily it was the spare computer for random web browsing with nothing important on it. I opened it up, and the head is bouncing around seemingly randomly. I have a spare 150GB SpinPoint that is collecting remapped sectors that I'll install, lol
