I extracted the files as explained onto the memory card, however I did not see the fuze folder for startup file, there were only , Blackstone ,diamond, raph, topez, rihodium, (strange) where and how can I get this file? I’ve got an htc fuze. I tried the raph startup file. And android boot as expected but the keys were not responding accurately, touch screen worked when it chooses to, and still wasn’t responding to the menu and navigation…I guess I need the fuze startup file... Please help

QUESTION. I SUCCESSFULLY RETRIEVED THE HARET FIKE AND THE WHITE LETTERING CAME ON...NOW THE SCREEN IS BLACK NO MOR WORD BUT I CAN TELL IT IS STILL ON. IS THIS NORMAL? HOW LONG DOES THIS SET UP NORMALLY TAKE? PLEASE REPLY. THANK YOU

I clicked on haret and it goes to another screen saying "launch a script file. default path is the same where the executable lives." and I clicked run and it says "cannot open script file\default.txt" what do I do? please help!

hey! i have a problem :( last night i installed android on my touch pro but you know the text thing ? in white color with black background, yea well i waited 7hours for it and it hasn't finish :( is it normal? i remember something that they said, job canceled, you must zip ROOTSF or something, can you help me ? :)

@blocpartyfreak Definitely not normal :) Soft reset and try again. If that doesn't work,reformat your storage card and re-copy the files.

Why on mine I only have STARTUP.TXT~ but on yours you have STARTUP.TXT Is there a difference? And also when I try to start haret it always say cannot run script Default.TXT. It's really frustrating. Could you please help?

Nevermind about the Issue I found out in the start up file where it was saying force_cdma..... I Just Changed it To Force_gms and works fine...thanks for the video ....

@tukkerterror22 I think it's still Leo with Linux, because the Touch Pro is called Raphael (which is it's codename). AFAIK, you cannot use Android on an HD2 yet.

It does not install anything, it simply runs Android. Restarting the phone will return it to Windows Mobile.

You just copy it onto the storage card and then run it from the device.

Excellent video! I have a few questions though. 1: How long should it take for android to install the FIRST time? Mine has taken more than four hours and still hasn't installed all the way.

2: If this is NOT normal, then do you have a clue to as what is wrong? It's also saying "waiting for sd card" a lot on the linux install. Please help if possible.

It should take less than half an hour, and the text should keep moving.

If it says Waiting for SD Card, how big is your SD card? What format is it?

I used to be able to run this on my fuze and now when I launch Haret it says "Cannot open script file\Storage Card\default.txt" I have been using a ton of different startups and can't get it to work. Someone please help..

Is there a file called default.txt on your storage card? Is the Storage Card formated to FAT?

I will format it to FAT32 today... I never thought of doing that. I have other files on it but I can definitely format it and put the files back on it. And no, I don't have a default.txt on it. In the box (after clicking on haret.exe) where it says default.txt, I replaced it with startup.txt and it still didn't want to run it. Is there any way that you can e-mail me your startup.txt cause mine obviously isn't working. Ill get back to you about FAT32.
