@SuperUnitedNations if u have seen the entire movie u can see that at there was a lady living there and I dnt remember i think she is getting out of the complex and she falls and dies so Joe says he is her son and takes over the apartment since he has no where else to go and he is new in town with no job, so all the stuffs or most of them in the apartment belong to the lady that died LOL

I think it was one of those Liquid Television spin-offs, along with other fun shows (that also had movies) like Beavis & Butthead and Aeon Flux. Still hilarious after all these years. MTV certainly has lost the formula for awesome sauce they had back then.
