Arm the older, more streetwise kids with weapons & pay them to either beat these maggots to within an inch of their lives, or if they want, further. These cowards will then give the money they're paying to police to save their pathetic lives and get out. Or I hope a vigilante group appears and wipes them out.
The police and so-called justice system is obviously so corrupt that nothing is happening there. All should be extradited to their countries of origin to get a real sentence as a minimum.
