You cant get luck wheelies by timing. You're probably talking about a good chain wheelie, which isn't a luck wheelie. Luck wheelies have no vibration on your controller when you get them. They're called LUCK wheelies for a reason.

Wish I could've made it replay in real time, but oddly enough Dolphin attempts to use the sound plugin to control the game speed, and that seems to get particularly screwed up when using savestates (for me anyways). I could put the ghost on a Wii I guess, but I wouldn't want to risk accidentally sending it to the charts.

I noticed that there is a chance your ghost will not replay correctly on a Wii, and ghosts recorded from a Wii will not play on Dolphin properly, either.

I'm not sure. When I dumped my NAND to my PC, the ghosts would mess up part-way through a race. Maybe because of the constant FPS changes that happen with a low-end computer..
