If he was using his keyboard u would see the cursor moving, in this it is popping up in different places, so i really dont know how he is doing this, unless he is actually using this application.

It's most likely not him doing it. There is a auto-bilge script going around that is made in Scar. I have it and on request I can give away but it wasn't made by me and I do not guarantee anything on it at all.

Actually, it uses Win32 API calls to essentially simulate hardware interactions. The mouse is moving to do the click, and moving back in a fraction of a second. The thing to notice isn't the movements though, it's the fact that the game is very easily solved by a computer (incredible almost every time, every time with some minor tweaks).
