ummm kb470 and bapman are both right bumblebee does get his throat ripped out by megatron so bumblebee uses a radio thingy in they trailer shia goes so your my gaurdian and bumblebee replies with a wierd echoes mmmmhm and when shia is on the ground bumble hands him some block thingy could be energon but i doubt they will put that in the movie and bumblebee says its you and i in a wierd echoey voice

Umm hyastu your wrong. bumblebee's voice was damaged in battle on cybertron, not ripped out by megatron. The block is the allspark which is basically an energon cube. the voice "its you and me" is optimus' voice.

I did... and I read the script as well... Bumble Bee uses the radio to "communicate" he cannot talk.

His voice system is damaged during battle. Infact if you read the Prequel comics you'd know tht too and about him talking.
