well i am a lil bit of an artsy person so i prefered the title screen of the original with the 2 women who look like the mother brain with the 3 planets in the centre,. and the music could be less infomercial sounding ,.. they should have made it sound as stellar as the original,.. i unno,.. the game didnt take a complete approach to be like the original but awwell,.. still good tho
Yeah I prefer the orginal genesis phantasy star 2 title screen as well it fit the game better the three plantes you journey too that also keeps the great darkess sealed, ect it just gave it a epic feel, this one remineds me to much like the title screen of Phantasy Star 1 on the MS great game just bland title screen
I think that Japan should remake Phantasy Star 3 and connect it better with the previous two. I think that they can make it a lot better this time if they don't rush. This way, maybe Phantasy Star 3 will be more popular.
Great suggestion jlovin. Part Three's the one that needed an update the most IMO. I happened to love the story myself, it made you connect your own dots but there was definitely a strong connection with the other Ph.Stars.
I wished Sega would release more of of its Sega Ages line outside Japan, including this game. Personally, I prefer the original version of the title theme.
Oh man fuck them for not releasing this in america.

There was supposed to be a Phantasy Star IV remake, however it was scrapped. A Phantasy Star III remake was never planned.

Phantasy star has so much potential and a very very solid base of fans, how could sega do this to their fans?!

Man it's not SEGA's fault, but Sony's. I'm not surprised they did it, being who they are and all.
