@ubbuu ah. Well, as buddha said, "you can't teach enlightenment." Seeing a guy sitting and meditating while talking great won't help you reach enlightenment. SO in general its hard to like movies like these. I liked it but again, as a movie, not as a teaching guide. You can't teach enlightenment.

Shogun speaks the same words as Dogen. Is his mind eye opened or not? Flowers in spring. Cockoo's in summer. The moon in Autumn. Chilli snow in Winter.

In Zen Circle teachings method, 0* and 360* are the same point. It is as if two the same pictures at the same time. But one is ignorance and samsara, the other is enlightenment and nirvana. What is nirvana? From the eternal sky, each night, the moon illuminates every house. His reflection descends into quiet pond. But who knows about that?

It is very difficult to express the truth through words, but Master's can give us the strategies to realize the Truth...I cannot forget the scenes like...Master says...Eyes are Horizontal...Nose are in Vertical...and again the King Repeating the stanza like Flowers in spring, Cockoo's in summer, the Moon in Autumn and cilli snows in Winter ..etc.,(Things are as it is... that is truth) Great teachings from Dogen. My deep gratitude for th making this Movie...
