i really loved ur vdeos.. they helped me a lot thanks.. i know u said that ur computer was crashed but by any chance have u saved a pic of ur regon?? i would love to see how it evolved
@giannisco Sorry for the late reply and sorry that I do not have a picture of the region... I had one and was working on a final video to put it on to show how I wrapped up the series and finished the region, but then sadly my computer went down erasing months of hard work.
@MrBafoonz I forget what it was called, but it was on Simtropolis somewhere under High School Football Fields or somthing like that. Sorry for the late response
patience and persistance are probably the most important keys (or so I've discovered) in the game. There is no 'perfect tip' for everyone although the money tree comes close (I don't use it because it is practically cheating; it is best served for youtube videos on 'how to' to build a huge city). You must develop your own city-building technique by adopting other player's techniques and tips. For instance, you can take some of erwinnegentigs infrastructure abilities mixed with simmyDOT uk's tips
certainly. You first need to pick a good region/city. I recommend a flatter region such as a newly created one without any terrain modifications for beginners. Next you need to set upp 2 cities, one with your res./commercial and the other with industrial/power/garbage. Create neighbor deals and trade between the two and expand as needed. only sell as much power as your other city needs and if you manage finances correctly, you should be making moolah
you have a very strange layout, I like it, but it is too time consuming for me, and you seem to have alot more commercial than there are people to fill the jobs, and... you have every download ever

i need help with joblessness im building a big sized city and most people r jobless and demand for commercial is low, very low
Stupidgut6 2 years ago
Dont build comercial if u dont need it...
The jobless people that is due to the comune time... like people take a lot of time to get to theire job so they get out of town or stay jobless...
U can fix this by chosing mass transit solutions like building buss stops in the beginning but if your city is big just build subways...
Hope it helped....

you know the format of your citys is wired but it seems to be working for you and that the most impotant thing
zgcman 2 years ago
yup, that's the great thing about suburban style city building; there are so many ways to design it that there really is no wrong way.

Taxes are default. Set to what they begin with in the game on easy mode.
