looks comfortable at least, I use to do these in the military with flak jackets and helmets on. No vibrams and soft neoprene weight vest, real warrior gear!

runing vdown in a weight west is a bad idea

@ziele477 didn't run. more like walked fast. trust me there were spurts of running and spurts of walking:) only had 20lbs (10lbs bodyweight)
@ziele477 It's only a bad idea if you're out of shape and not sure footed. It's not like there was a lot of weight strapped on.
