ok wait i have an idea ok hear me out...using the flash from disney would cause a flood of lagalities and this project would not last long after it's creation. so...why no make a "clone" for lack of a better word an origanl that dose not use any copyrights. make your own flash files and protocol.

you'll need smartfoxserver for the chat, rooms, and places. so it doesnt go crazy. Don't forget the mysql database for storing acounts and data. Depending on how much items u put into the game, data will be diferent. and btw, some swfs are blocked and forbedden unless u have a password.
Ok Ty guys i will still wait but i will now tell you my plan. I will try to get every single swf from club penguin then use visual studio to make a shockwave flash protocall then make it whenever you click a place it will load the swf from the server. so it loads the rooms and stuff.
@Andrew89898 There already is one. It's called CP File Downloader. And it's not a privateserver. It's the swf's. Private server means you can go in it and edit the database.
