  • nice....

  • i always wanted to learn this arm bar set up! thanks!

  • top notch video, with all the details all in one place.

Usually you see some of the details, but missing others.

    Great work.

  • Great tips.

  • Great video, and probably one of the best ways I've seen the armbar explained. The "legs replace the arms" concept is a brilliant way to put it.

  • We just posted the follow up to this video for those of you who had questions about it. The new one is in glorious 3D! ...no wait, HD. But that's pretty cool too right?

  • why are neither of you wearing a belt in the video?

  • Upload some Muay Thai!! The bjj techniques are great but I really wanna see what your Academy has to offer for Muay Thai and Boxing. I plan to check out some schools around the LA area and so far this one looks promising.

  • AMAZing video

  • Amazing!! thanks a ton for this. Would you guys be able to show a traingle and possibly a arm traingle from mount?

    Thanks!

  • @donkayness in NoGi would be great btw :)

  • Arms, legs, arms, legs... great break down I haven't seen before. Thanks for sharing!

  • awesome details....More please. Thanks for sharing!

  • Pretty much the best instructors I've ever seen. I think their actually academy is in Santa Monica, CA. I'm definitely going to go try a free class.

  • Awesome instructional. I agree, best I've seen. Subscribed!

  • @nate787 Thanks so much for the encouragement. We are definitely putting more of these up. In fact, the next one (cross choke from mount) is processing right now and should be live in a few minutes. Are there any specific moves you would like to see us do next?

  • @robotbjj I love anything ends in the straight armlock and I'd definitely love to see any and all kinds of guard passes. Thanks so much. Off to check out the cross choke...

  • @robotbjj Personally, I want to see more armbars from guard that from breaking opponent's defensive posture. An armbar for each of the following would be nice:

1)upright with elbow in thigh, hand on belt.

    2) upright with both hands digging in thighs

    3) bearhug inside the guard

    4) opponent acquires 2 on 1
