  • Lovely recipe .. I make similar way but wid bit variation .. I add saunf and zeera in the oil first and saute them .. the saunf in the stuffing gives the peas new profile and makes the parathas even more flavoursome ... got this tip from a friend and follwing it ever since .. thought of sharin wid u ... BTW which brand of atta (wheat four) u use?

  • The good part of your recipe is the amount of oil you use..its much less than traditional recipes.
