If you don't do that you will regain weight. Most of us have lost it and kept it off for over a year now. It is a life-style change as well. Your choice, just wanted you to have the option of something that works. No offense but if you are 200 lbs now and are struggling with this, why not use a proven method to get your metabolism working better. I feel better than I have in 25 yrs and I was only 37 lbs overweight from menopause and a major back injury. Not from eating. Good luck to you then!!
and too many carbs. You must love sugar since you admitted to eating cookies. This diet and hormone keep you from being hungry because it burns all of that extra fat as energy. Look it up. @kaberle7 I have a different opinion if the HCG weight loss than you do. These videos are just my journal. They are not asking for advice. I have had a hysterectomy. My family has a history of breast cancer. I do not take hormones because that increases the risk of breast cancer, so I will not take any hormones for weight loss. I only have 25 lbs to go to be my goal weight. I am almost half way there. I will not starve myself with the 600-800 calorie diet that goes with HGC.
Ever think of trying HCG? It's the best thing that ever happened to us!! I lost 37 lbs and have kept it off. But you have to stay away from carbs like cookies, sugars, etc. No wheat if possible too. You really need to ask around about it. All the doctors here are on it, Dr. Oz has endorsed it. It comes in drops and pellets now. Write me if you want to know more. I lost 1-3 lbs a DAY!!
@kaberle7No thanks! I want a lifestyle change. I do not like taking anything. That is why I'm trying so hard to keep my blood sugar in check. I do not want to take drugs for diabetes. I've learned that 1-3 lbs a day is too rapid. It's not healthy to do so and that when you lose weight that fast you are more likely to gain it back and more. It is healthy to lose 1-3 lbs a week. Not a day. I've already lost about 20 lbs. I'm doing something right.
good video. i wont go back to shayloss. im having a problem with him never giving the $500 prize 2 1/2 yrs ago. grumble, mumble..lier....etc. olinseloss has my support. waves~~~
Hey Beth I have a suggestion there is a website called livestrong com and you can keep track of what you eat and it helps you to keep your eating under control. It's just a suggestion I've lost about 8 pounds so far. I am disabled and I can't walk so it is a little harder for me but if you walk and exercise you can also keep track of that. Check it out it's cool!
@cynbabearielrain I've heard of this website. My cousin used it and had success. But I really am not interested in joining another website or group. I barely have time for my You Tube, Facebook, Ravelry & Google +.
