  • Congratulations to pr. Sadoway, and thanks for such a significant input.

  • at 35:36 he crossed the 2 on both sides of equation, then why we still have x=2sqrt(DT) shouldn't it be x=sqrt(DT)????????????

  • @Liebetraurig You're right. As far as I can tell he made a mistake. It should be x=√(Dt).

  • 35:55 TOO EPIC

  • Vocabulary is invaluable in dealing in a class with this level of complexity. Holy shit.

  • he frickin screwed erf(x)...!!!...didn't anyone notice..???...its not zero at x=0...though he's correct about linear part...vesides he isn't explaining to a decent level..what he is teaching..

  • I could never imagine studying this, its nuts. This is why im going into art:]

  • yea but with a degree in chem you can stackin mad paper and the jobs are endless

  • lol i have to make a calcium atom poster, the whole thing...and who made it and other shit...i hate school

  • pretty cool

    what was the web site?

  • So that's why chips are made from single crystal silicium: otherwise the grain boundaries would mess up the doping process.

  • how about touch interactive screens?

  • well...that would be too 3rd. millennium for MIT...I'd be satisfied with at least whiteboard and markers LOL!

  • chalkboards are superiour to whiteboards. You can't tell when you marker will run out of ink and we all know it fails that the worse possible time. You know when you are about to run out of chalk. Maybe they know something we don't.

  • hello! if that's your problem there are transparent markers...you can always see how much ink you have left...definitely they must know something they don't wanna make public LOL!

  • 34:00++

    1/2=erf x/2root dt

    isn't equal to x=2 root dt

  • Yeah, it should have been

    x = root(DT) for st diffusion

  • Do u think u could explain that to me one more time? I didn't quite get it.

  • NEGATIVE!!!

  • 45 minutes? how?

  • Senior accounts are allowed to post videos up to two hours long, I think.

  • thaanks man! yeaah, I noticed that a few weeks ago! :D
