when u have the bleach on your scalp does it tingle , cuz i use the wella blondor cream with 6% and it tingled at first and felt sesitive and tight when i rinsed it out

being a hairdresser.... how would you get a stylist to actually listen to you... I havent been able to find a stylist that actually listens to what "I" want!... they always cut it to short or not enough or not even a style I asked for like last time I went to get my hair done I asked for long layers and then shorter layers for volume and he didnt even cut it the way I wanted.. I dont know what to do anymore because I need a trim but they ALWAYS cut more then I want off.. Im trying to grow myhair
